OUR STORY

Skover’s story in Dubai began in the second half of 2022 when the Estonian real estate market cooled down, prompting us to look for new investment opportunities. After several trips to Dubai, we discovered the market’s activity, opportunities, and simplicity, which motivated us to take action. As investors ourselves, we help our clients make the right investment decisions in Dubai’s real estate market.

We carefully researched market opportunities, risks, and laws, mapped out all the nuances in detail, and got acquainted with local developers. After our first investment, we saw results, and soon, friends and acquaintances began to show interest in our activities.

Over the past few months, we have helped acquire over 15 properties in Dubai, totalling more than 32 million AED (about 7.5 million euros), making us the first licensed real estate leader in Dubai among Estonians.

Our goal is to recommend only the best projects based on the client’s objectives (resale/rent/winter home) and budget, ensuring that clients make the best choice. We have established good relationships with developers, ensuring transparency and reliability in transactions.
