In Dubai, almost all developers offer interest-free payment plans during construction, meaning you don’t have to pay the full amount upfront. You can purchase a property with a 10–20% downpayment and pay the rest according to the payment plan during construction, with the final portion due upon handover. Classical payment plan in Dubai is 20% downpayment, 40% during construction (in 2-3 years), 40% on handover. Some developers also offer post-handover payment plans, allowing you to pay the remaining 20–40% over 2–4 years directly to the developer, interest-free.
